How to Request a Refund

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days from receiving your order to request a refund. The product can be in any condition — opened or unopened, used or unused.

Subscription Cancellation

If you'd like to cancel your subscription to prevent future charges, visit our Cancel Subscription page. Cancellation and refunds are separate processes — cancelling stops future charges, while a refund applies to past orders.

Damaged or Missing Orders
